- Access
- We send you the categories and the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, and where we got them.
- Delete
- We delete what we hold, except the narrow set of records we are legally required to keep — fraud, tax and dispute records.
- Correct
- We fix a value that is wrong. Tell us what it says and what it should say, and we correct it at the source we control.
The timeline45 days
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 calendar days of the day you submitted it. If the request is genuinely complex we may take one 45-day extension, and we will write to you before we do.
We will never charge you for a request, and we will never give you a worse price or a worse service because you made one.
